Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your coaching session.
Payment secures your scheduled session and ensures your spot is reserved.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations by the User:
To cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made within the notice period will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable; rescheduling is at the discretion of Oh Baby! Coaching.
Cancellations by Us:
In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule, we will offer you an alternative session date at our nearest convenience
5. Non-Transferable Payments
Payments made for coaching sessions are non-transferable. Only the individual who booked the session may use the service.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have concerns about a payment, please contact us at info@ohbabycoaching.com before initiating a chargeback.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in restrictions on future bookings.
7. Use of Services
Coaching sessions purchased are for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing or commercial use of purchased services is strictly prohibited.
